Got email receipt today that the FDA received my concerns,everybody send in your form its easy,stop this from happening

Did you use the internet side effects reporting form? I tried to do it yesterday and it kept deleting all of my inputs and eventually I just gave up. If there's another place to report please post the link. (I'll scroll to see if you already did that.) Thanks!

i got the link off of cody millers mom posting medwatch,the questions were a little difficult to answer,but when it asked for test etc i put in TO MANY TO LIST it took my form so gl keep trying
