Matthew, thank you for your tireless efforts on here. This is SO important and so scary. If I had listened to my 4 year old's doctors and psychologist he would have been on lithium or something because they were telling us he was bipolar. He IS NOT bipolar in the least, now that he's been off Singulair for the past three years he's a normal, loving, gentle 7 year old. I'm scared for all the people whose children have been misdiagnosed and are on mood altering drugs or ritalin or both.
Thanks for all you have done, I hope I can do something like that here in the state of Louisiana. My son took Singulair for 6 yrs and became the depressed little boy with no ambitions in life, he was tested and diagnosed with ADHD when he was 7 yrs old. and has taken meds for that ever since. I recently saw his pediatrician for the anxiety and sadness he was experiencing. I thought he needed to be put on something and they never linked it to Singulair. What are these pharm. co. and drs thinking? I have worked in a pediatric dental office for 9 yrs and I cannot begin to tell you all the kids who are on Singulair plus med for ADD, its unreal...I hope by us all joining together to get the word out there we can save a lot of children from years of hell. Thanks again. Jaimee
