Hi - I took one of these terrible pills on April 19th 2008. The next day I felt as if someone was stretching a rubber band across my back. Everyday I seem to have a new strange thing. It is now May 23rd and I have had extreme muscle pain all over my body, from my fingers to my toes. It is strange, it moves around as the day goes on - sometimes it even feels like there is a beetle or something crawling around in my body. I now feel like I need glasses because I am having trouble seeing far away - and I usually have perfect vision. I have to urinate more frequently than usual and I seem to be drinking more but when I use the bathroom I seem to go less liquid than it seems I should. How long did it take for your symptoms to go away? I took that pill so long ago and it seems like all is just getting worse. I have found that eating a lot of protein helps the muscle pain and the fatigue but I feel like I am eating so much that I will start to gain weight. I can't even excersize anymore since it hurts and I get so tired. I used to feel energized after I excercized, now I just feel exhausted. I think I will go get one of those de-tox foot baths from a homeopatic doc to see if that can get rid of some of this - I don't know what to do - water doesn't seem to do anything. The only time I have felt good this whole week was when I drank beer to eleviate the pain, asprin and tylenol didn't even help at all. I also have high anxiety over this, thank goodness I don't have the depression like some people. If anyone has experienced recovery of these symptoms from this crap let me know so I know that there is some light at the end of this tunnel. I hope I am posting this reply right, I've never put anything on the internet before.
