I have been on seroquel since july 2006.I take 200 to sleep at night, although in times of stress I add 25mgs pills as needed, and I also take effexor xr 37.5 and 75.First, the good effects- the combo got rid of the crazy highs and deep dark despairs of the lows.It got rid of the compulsions, the anxiety, social phobias lessened, unbidden harming thoughts, and the ocd rituals, and delusions...So it has been a real lifesaver for me.Now, on to the side effects. I have gone from size 12 to size 16. thats a lot! I know its the seroquel, cause and effect. I got a foot infection from trying on shoes at the outlet mall-(never again) although I have never ever had one before, and i am 55.Guess what- I am still getting flareups of infection 2 1/2 years later! And isnt that a diabetes sign? The rest of the side effects are somewhat helped by drinking water. The side pains, occasional digestive issues, dry mouth, snoring, nonexistant sex life, confusion, memory issues, and the need to consume, and consume, food, are all there.Ive been existing on samples of these meds, but samples are no longer available, and the cheapest price for my meds as above is just over $800 per month.I cant possibly pay for thisI would be happy to take something else that didnt have side effects, and cost less, but what?

I am on two meds that cost a fortune in the United States. I have no insurance and can hardly afford paying seven dollars a pill for a med that costs a nickel to make. I order my meds online either from Canada or India. Generics for almost every med is available for much less than we pay in the great USA.

When I did a google search for seroquel tons of sites came up trying to seel the drug. Some were in Canada. If you do have a prescription see if any of these sites are legit and if there is a generic. I've only been taking it two months and wonder about what will happen when I relocate to another state and have no insurance for these high priced meds. Best of luck.

I am very reluctant to order meds online.
My mailbox is already constantly flooded with meds, online pharmacy, cialis, viagra, solicitations.
I do have a mail checking program that can tell where the message comes from. All of these ads are generated from what i would call extremely suspicious origin.
I would never purchase online unless i knew a canadian pharmacy personally is filling the order.
Meanwhile, people are getting $4 prescriptions at walmart. Of course, effexor and seroquel are not included. It is really unfair!

Have you looked into the Astrozenica (sp?) program??? If you're poor enough, like I am, Seroquel (and many other drugs) is absolutely FREE. The paper work is minimal, and the program has been a godsend to me. Look into it!
