I was prescribed Advair one month ago. It was great at first, but after a jog one day only two weeks ago, I noticed a dry cough. I went to the doctor and I hadn't linked the cough to the Advair yet. He kept me on the Advair since I sang its praises. I then looked up the side effects and realized my cough was due to the Advair. I've stopped using the Advair. I still have the cough, but I'm hoping it will go away. I never had the cough before, only shortness of breath. I am feeling a bit dizzy, and my throat hurts a bit. I'm wondering if the cough and sore throat will go away. I've only been off Advair for 5 days. We'll see!!! Thanks everyone for posting. This has beena great help to me.
