I took the reccomended dose of Ultracet (on an empty stomach, unfortunately) at night, and was awake for 2 hours trying to relieve myself of the terrible itchiness. Once I had gotten to sleep I had no trouble, and the pain in my knee, which I had taken Ultracet for, was gone. However, when I awoke the pain had returned three-fold, and so I took another pill...mistake. I could not stay awake on the ride to school, and fell alseep for my entire first period. The nausea ensued about 15 minutes later, and I could not concentrate at all. By third period (around 9:30, 3 hours after taking the pill) I was trembling and could hardly walk; I couldn't have told you my name. I began to cry uncontrollably, and continued to fall asleep. I had to be escorted off-campus and taken home, where I slept for 4 hours. It began to wear off around 3:45 (more than 8 hours after the pill), and now I have horrible nausea. This is the most horrible drug I have ever encountered. Does anyone realize how badly this affects people?
