I had been on singulair for about 6 years. However after finding this website i stopped taking singulair. I have noticed over two weeks i have been off singulair that i am losing weight. i have not changed my eating habits at all, but for some reason, ever since i stopped singulair i have lost about 5 pounds. This is very unusual for me, because normally i have a very difficult time losing weight. Has anyone else who stopped singulair noticed a weight change?

I just took my daughter off singulair this week and I'm hoping she won't keep gaining weight. She's been on it for 2 years since she was 5 years old and I think she's gained at least 20 pounds in the last 2 years which is too much for any 71/2 year old.
