The irritability and dizziness is a possible side effect of the Kenalog because it is a steroid medication and it is being absorbed by your body so that is probably why you have been experiencing the mood changes, due to the body absorbing the medication. If these continue and are unbearable, you should contact your phyisician
I would advise to call your Pharmacist because some questions should be asked concerning the bump on your bottom rib such as, does the bump itch? Has it grown anymore over the past few days? Have you noticed any other bumps that have appeared?
