I'm 32, I've been on it 13 months, and this is going to be the LAST Time, too. I can't stand the mood swings, My breasts grew a cup size (yea, said my Boyfriend), but at what price? I bite his head off at least once a month on the day I put it in. Sleeping? besides being extremely tired all the time, I can't sleep through the night. If I get woken up by a sound - my cat, a snore, the traffic, a light, I can't go back to sleep for hours. The vivid dreams - for the first time in my life, I've had night terrors. I wake up screaming and I don't know why! It's horrible. And, to top it off, I've gained 15- 20 pounds - my upper ARMS are suddenly fat. I was working out every day, running, lifting, and eating very healthy foods in moderation, and I cannot loose a pound. My tummy is always swollen too. be very very careful with this nuva ring. I'm getting an IUD after this - the NON hormonal kind.
