I have been on Topamax for a month and a half and agree that cotton mouth , tin tasting drinks, no appetite, no focus and fatigue are the greatest side effects but yesterday someone at work said since I have been on it I am "edgy" guess that means I am a pain to be around. So now I know I am acting like I feel crappy.

I have been on it since December and the fatigue and no focus effects went away after about 6 weeks. I do feel on edge, just figured I was stressed. Interesting....
