I have been on 150 mg Effexor for over five years. Although sometimes interested in sex, it is usually out of the question for two main reasons; 1. inability to achieve and maintain erection 2. Hardly any or no orgasm, so really no reward whatsoever to look forward to If I were younger I would probably stop today, but at age 52 and the fact that my wife hardly complains pretty much explains my " I don't care" attitude towards sex
