Hi, I saw your posts and can totally relate. For me, the anxiety was by far the worst thing I suffered as a result of Yasmin. I stopped in January. I'm a looooot better, but at times when I get stressed, especially around my period, my hormones go crazy and some anxiety comes back. I think it's normal to be a little oilier. The pill can dry you out and I've read that a lot of women have drier hair and skin while on it. I'm on a vitamin/supplement program from a website called Women to Women. These two OBGYN/endocrinoligists started this practice a while back and they stress the importance of getting your hormones to the healthy levels. The women that work there that I've talked to on the phone said that they get a lot of complaints about women on and coming off of bc pills, but especially from women that were on Yaz and Yasmin. I know, it's terrible. You might want to check out the website. I found it in January when I thought I was going crazy, but didn't get it until March when I still wasn't totally 100%. You can even just call. They aren't trying to sell you out. They'll talk to you as long as you have questions. They are really nice. Anyways, good luck with everything!
I hope my anxiety lets up quickly! It's the worst feeling and I can't believe how many women experience the same thing!
