For all of you interested in life after post-removal: It's now been 4 weeks since removal. On day 22, I began a normal 5 day period. Not too heavy, not too many side effects like with the Mirena. I could definitely tell a difference in my body and it's symptoms. I've lost about 10 lbs now and am working my way up to 10 more. My relationships are much better, I'm much more at ease, life at home with my girls and husband are much more peaceful as I'm not swinging by the rafter with my moods.
