My symptoms are the same as all (anxiety, mood swings, low sex drive) and I plan to have this thing taken out ASAP. It has been so bad lately that I cannot function. I've had more panic attacks than I can count in the last couple of weeks. What I want to know is how people fare on the other side of things. I would imagine it takes a while for your body to regulate after removal, but how long. And to echo- no more artificial things in my body. Side note- has anyone tried cold shower therapy, apple cider vinegar or lemon balm for the anxiety? (******)

I have also found another site that women have posted regarding there problems with the Mirena and the outcomes of removal. Check it out, I think it should be quite informative for you! Good Luck!

Hi ! I would suggest you take 2-500 mg.
capsules of GABA, this is a natural Amino
Acid produced by the brain, and 3 mgs.of
Melotonin another natural hormone. Take
these two together 1/2 hr.on an empty stomach before bedtime. You can take the
GABA anytime during the day 1/or 2 in between meals again always on an empty
stomach. You should also begin supplementing with Omega 3 Cod liver oil
based (Prestine Norwegian Type) 1/2 teasp.
daily with food. (the reason for this,is that theCod Liver oil besides having a correct
and safe great amt. of Vit A Palmitate,it also
has the EPA and Especially DHA fatty acids
which feed the Brain, the Bones and joints.
The DHA Fatty Acids are an excellent source
for children, or anyone having ADD/ADHD
Attention Deficit.....Good Luck ! ttsharp9..
