Hi sarahkirkwood , sorry to hear what you are going through yes yes yes it is the mirena i was in and out of the er for sever dizziness and numbness i didnt know what was happening to me it was scary until i found this website and curezone and realized it was the mirena causing it all i got it taken out 5 months ago now still struggling with some symptoms but getting better a lot better than when it was in get it out asap otherwise it will only get worse trust me i hope everything goes well for you best wishes for a quick recovery xxx

I had all of those symptoms. Not severe enough to go to the ER like you. I never had them before the Mirena (I only had it for three months before having it removed) and I have not had them since. Good luck in whatever you decide!

Yes! It is the Mirena! I am almost 3 weeks post removal and am still somewhat dizzy every day. But the dizziness was worse the 9 months I had it in place. I almost passed out several times out in public and I'm still struggling but it seems to be getting better with each day. Get it out!!!!!!! Good luck!

Just got back from the ER! I had mirena inserted 3 months ago and have started experiencing alarming symptoms. It started about 2 weeks ago with vertigo then came numbness and tingling in my arms and shoulder. today there was numbness in my face as well, then I nearly passed out three times. I was so scared. I thought I was having a stroke . I was rushed to the ER they did an EKG, drew 5 viles of blood, did urine tests and found nothing wrong! Their was deffinately alot of talk about anxiety. I know what I am experiencing is related to Mirena. I made an appointment to have it removed in 5 days but can not wait that long. I am calling around tomorrow to find some one to take it out immediately!!!
