If you can't get off the med because of the endo, try taking Co Enzyme Q10 for the depression. Also research Sam-e for depression. Don't take that one if you have anxiety. It really works for depression, but can make you too excited if you have anxiety;.

I realize you posted this over a year ago, and I'm sure you're on something else now, but just in case, I would recommend Yaz. I have endometriosis also, and that is the only one that has worked fairly well for me. I take it "straight" (without the inactive) for 3 to 4 months, then have a period. I was on it for about 2 years, with no problems other than a recent decrease in sexual desire (I'm not even sure that's from the Yaz). My doctor switched me to Jolessa, and it is AWFUL! I'll go back on Yaz as soon as possible!
