I have a bad shoulder and can't take Motrin or codeine because it is bad for my stomach. Ultracet really helps take away the pain. I have had not side affects at all. I take no more than 2 at a time and rarely more than 2 in a day. The relief from the pain lasts nearly all day. Sometimes I wake up at night when my shoulder is killing me and I will take 2 pills and the pain is gone within and hour and I sleep great. It does not bother my stomach at all like Codeine does. This stuff is great. The Dr has given me 5 refills. I guess he figures they are pretty safe.
