hello my name is anita im sorry i dont have an answer for you but i thought you may be able to help me.Appart from having high cholestrol my liver and kidneys are not working properly i dont know if that is due to high colestrol or not my doctor has put me on 40 mg of simvastain im so scared.My feet were already sore to walk on and i already have cramp in my calfs yet it sas in the leaflet if you get cramp consult your doctor my doctor already new i have cramps.Im so hungy and normally eat anything i like but im finding it dificult to find different meals on this diet.Im terrified
