i am really happy for you. i posted about a month ago when the news came out. we too see a twinkle in our sons eye again. he was recently "really" hurt in a lacrosse practice and he cried appropriately -- like five minutes, and then got himself back in the game. i looked at my husband and said -- a month ago if he just bumped his head on a table he would have cried for half an hour. he gets foff the bus now and tells me everyday he had a great day and actually asks and how was your day mom in a sweet chipper voice. before he slowly walked into the house with his head down and was very melincholy (sp?!)i don't care if others think i am crazy! i know my son and he is back. i know he is sleeping better. he is not grouchy in the morning and hard to get out of bed. we are seeing less and less crying over silly little things. im so glad your doctor listened to you. we have his routine pulminologist app in june. im so interested to hear what she has to say though i don't care if she disagrees. our pediatrician agreed we should take him off and i love her for not thinking i was nuts! thanks for sharing your story.
