i switched over 2 months ago and already feel better. I had SERIOUS pms right before my period, crying, anxiety,acne, etc. But this has cut down the emotional aspects alot. i really like Nuvaring better than the pills. The only side effects i have had to deal with are some irritation towards the end of my cycle, and vaginal itching.

I have had an alright time with the ring. I was just reading these postings as well and I don't have the symtoms that a lot of these women do. At first it did affect my moods, but it equalized after a month or two. I noticed that I have about the same amount of discharge that I used to have while on the pill. The only real issue that I have is that I have a next to nothing sex drive. I wish I could change that. I originally switched because I never took my pill in a timely manner and I thought this would be more effective for birth control uses.

it was the best decision I've ever made. Have not had one problem with it!
