I never had problems with bactrim and I am very sensitive to meds. I have a heart arrythmia and have lived with it for over 20 years. Bactrim is supposed to change thecolor of your urine but I think it is usually an orange color; however, if you haven't been drinking enough water it mightlook darker. If there is any real evil drug out there for alot of women, I would have to say it is yasmine. I am sorry about your bad experience with bactrim- could it be you got the palps from worrying about it because I am somewhat phobic of meds too and if I worry about it too much I will actually manifest some symptoms or "side effects" from it.
I totally agree with you....Whenever I am given prescriptions to take, I normally read all the side effects and normally would not have a reaction...I did same when I started the generic version of Bactrim, but this time I experienced EVERY side effect....this is the most horrible medicine that I have ever taken and it should be banned since there are so many people that are having the same side effects from it...
This registry is a place to share positive or negative side effects of using Bactrim. If you directly experienced a side effect while using Bactrim, then we encourage you to enter it here. Please note that entries here are the experiences of individual users, and in no way means that you or anyone else will experience the same side effect, since the same medication affects people in different ways. Please always contact your physician.
