Hi Mook777, the stiff neck is definitely associated with taking Zoloft. Once my dosage was reduced and I was given 10mg amitriptyline at night, my neck felt a lot better. I hope this helps you.

I don't know what you're taking it for, but I started on 50mg for anxiety and panic attack and I had pretty severe side effects, but all the side effects just seemed to stop 1 day after about 2 weeks. Well, at least I think they did. All I know is that I haven't had a full blown panic attack since I started taking it about 2 years ago. So I suggest that you just give it some time.
