My doctor just recently increased my wellbutin dose from 200 mg /day to 300 mg. I noticed a few weeks after that I was becoming a rage-aholic. I was mad at everyone, everything, anything--which is way different then what I usually am. I was glad when the anger started easing up after those two weeks. I'm not sure if I was just able to breath a little more, and let the stupid stuff go, or if it was really my body adjusting to the new dose. I really hated the way I was during those weeks--I even tossed my dog in a fit (not very hard or far but seriously, tossing the dog?)... My advice, take a determined approach to not letting your anger get the best of you. My jaw started hurting when I did this because I started clenching it a lot, but I was able to be a nice person again, and eventually the jaw clenching stopped as well. It's weird when you feel like your emotions are in control and never stable, but I believe that you can master at least how you act, maybe not how you feel. Good luck with everything, talk to your doctor if it gets worse. Sometimes they'll add another drug to counter-act what's going on...I know my mom takes Wellbutrin as well as Prozac and that seems to be working nicely.
