I think you have solved my problem!!Same symptems as yours and no dr(6 diff ones) could figure what was wrong.I've been taking 30mg a day for 3 years,time to stop.

I have had many of these symptoms too, also tingling in my toes and hands. I had an Upper GI and endoscopy with no results. I would like to stop Ambien, but how do you sleep? Do you drink alcohol?
