Are you suffering from hyerthyroid? Everything you are describing is hyperthyroid, including the going to the bathroom thing.
I am a recovering Graves' Disease patient, and I felt somehow compelled to reply to your post, in view of the fact that Graves Disease and hyperthyroid go so often misdiagnosed because they can mimic other problems. But rapid heartbeat, tremor in the hands, severe fatigue, and going very very often to the bathroom are all symptoms of severe hyperthyroid.
My dad died of heart attack in Feb 08 at his 59 years old . In April 08' i'm so sick and my BP elevated to 190/120, (for you info i have white coat syndrome where my BP will spike at doc's office but not at home. All test, (blood test, ECG, Strest Test, X'ray test) showed everything fine except high blood cholestrol and they informed i'm having primary hypertension which is no secondary causes to it. The moment i was put on Norvasc i felt extremely lightheaded, racing heart, chest pain and my BP spiked from 130/80 to 170/110. I cannot concentrate at work and feeling dizzy at all time. I also afraid to go out as i'm felt not stabled. I'm also had an episodes of anxiety attack which easily triggered when i'm thinking about my dad.
After that i'm cutting my med into half (5mg), which helps for a few weeks but the side effects still there. After taking it for almost one year i have gradually stop norvasc and it now exactly one month without meds. Guess what my anxiety and symptoms slowly dissappeared. Now i can thinks clearly and enjoy hangging out with my wife and kid. I learned natural remedies for hypertension by taking pottassium everyday can helps you to maintain your blood pressure (take banana). Besides that i'm not smoking and watch my diet (Fast Food banned from my life). I bought new treadmill machine at home and used it for 20 minutes most days in the week. Now my blood pressure maintained from 120/80 to at most 130/82. i want to reduce my weight for another 10 kgs. My current weight is 85 kgs with 5 ft 7 inchs height. My bad cholestrol also going down now at normal level. i'm also wearing Phiten Titanium necklace and it helps a lot in reducing stress, headache and fatigue.
