I have been on Lisinopril (20 mgs) for around 6 months and although it has reduced my blood pressure to a 'normal' rate, I have been suffering from swollen hands, particularly my right one, and they become uncomfortably hot and red looking. I sometimes find it difficult to sleep at night. Does anyone have a similar symptom? I am so worried about it, I have actually had a blood test by my doctor and am still awaiting the results to see if I have some form of arthritis. The only other side effect that I have noticed is the irritable cough, which also wakes me up during the night.
