My pharmacist also switched to Aviane and told me that is was the same thing. I think that it has affected my bowels as now I have cramps there too. I feel crappy all the time. I also suffer from nausea in the morning and have thought that I was pregnant. I was on Alesse before that with no problems. I stopped taking the Aviane and asked specifically for the Alesse.
