I had a Kenalog injection in November to try to get over bronchit...

I find it very interesting to know that so many other people have had the same experience that I have had. I went to the doctor in Feb 2009 where I received an injection in my left hip. Later when I got home I removed the bandage only to find an indention. I waited hoping that it would pop out but I havent had such luck. Now almost 3mos later and 10lbs lighter I am ready to take action. I have lost most of the fat and muscle in both hips. I am upset and I am looking to take serious action...
