I too started on Topamax 3 days ago and have had a constant headache ever since. I am on 25 mg, to start, for the treatment of migraines. I am working my way up to 200, but have already noticed the tingling sensation in my fingers, a little loss of appetite (not sure if I've lost any weight), cotton mouth, blurred vision, and nervousness. I am an anxious person by nature, but I seem to be more so now. I feel "loopy". I hope you write more about your progress so I can compare with someone whose on the same time frame and taking it for the same diagnosis!! I wish you success in your treatment!
