in reading these post for weeks now ,ever since the news broke on march 27th, your is not the first one i have read about seizures.go back about 15 pages i am sure you will be able to identify with some of these stories. good luck you are not alone

My son also had two seizures from Singulair. One grand mal. Get him off it now. Then see if his seizures go away before you add more medicine to his overloaded system.

yes STOP TAKING SINGULAIR! as posted earlier in another response there are reports that Singulair can cause suicidal thoughts and suicide! I threw my 9 yr old out in the trash the night I saw a report on ABC news. A perfectly normal teenager commited suicide after several weeks of taking this medication. I started seeing my sons behavior change and talked to him in great detail about his feelings. Now I have to find something to replace his Advair as I feel that is just as bad. To Hell with those pharmeceutical companies and the FDA! I'm reading more and more reports that diet is the issue. Stay away from dairy, wheat (sprouted wheat and sprouted grains OK) stay away from animal products (chicken, beef etc) Dark green veggies and carrots. No fruits (too much sugar) But is this realistic. Try it and see if it works. But try to get your 9 yr old to eat these? Yikes!
