Took Cipro for 7 days for a UTI....three days after ending Cipro ...

Took Cipro for 7 days for a UTI....three days after ending Cipro UTI returned. Now on Cipro for 10 days and have been having severe abdominal pains under belly button and above bladder. No pain if I lay down. Pain returns in the morning after I pee and have a bowel movement. Feels like gas pockets that move from side to side. If I sit or bend forward feels like a balloon filled with gas that is going to pop. Anyone else with this type of pain. Have 4 more days of Cipro remaining.
