About 2 years ago, I had an injection of Kenalog in my knee. I was having knee pain and it was diagnosed as a miniscus problem. The doctor decided to see if the Kenalog relieved any pain. 15 minutes after I had the injection, while driving home, I felt warmth in my crotch area, then under my armpits, and then the itching started. I was having an allergic reaction. By the time I got home, I went into full anaphylactic shock. My daughter called the paramedics and my blood pressure was 50/10.I barely had a pulse. I spent 31 hours in the ER and 5 days in the hospital. This kind of reaction is rare but very real. FYI. Rindi B, Carlsbad, Ca.
