My doctor prescribes 2 xr per day. I take one when i wake up and then another around 12 or 1 PM. They only last 6-7 hrs.
That's the come down, eating something can help but alot of people moan that it's too hard to eat, personally I just force it down.
That or try another medicine like um dexedrine, assuming you really have ADHD. I don't see why any doctor with common sense would perscribe anyone with previous drug abuse any ADHD stimulant.
I don't know what doctor would prescribe something simply because you asked for her to especially the adderall or any other controlled substance. I have never experianced those side effects before but maybe it was a panic attack but made worse by the adderall and then again made worse because of anxidety and fear over what you are experiancing. You also have a history of anxiety and stuff. Also with medications side effects can occur at anytime, you may of been ok the first time you took it but the next time it could have aggrivated something, like anxiety allready present, or some thing else. There are other ADHD medications out there and I hope your doctor didn't prescribe adderall because you asked for it...
If you're really trying to help yourself, I'd suggest getting a different doctor. You can't "have had really bad anxiety and panic disorder for a year now from being a former pot smoker." Even if being 'a former pot smoker' can cause you anxiety/panic attacks, it doesn't matter, that's just a sign that your doctor isn't as knowledgeable as I would hope my doctor was anyway. Even if your doctor's hypothesis for the cause of your anxiety is accurate, Adderall certainly isn't the appropriate medication for those symptoms anyway. Especially if you're a self-described "former pot smoker" (aka drug abuser). If your doctor is giving this to you just because you asked, that's just another sign that they aren't really helping you, just giving you what you want and taking your money.
Eat. Im taking these Illegally, but the blurred vision is a common side effect of a large dose combined with no sleep or no nutrition(or both) I recommend drinking one soda with caffeine, and then a few very sugary drinks with no caffeine. Eat Bread, soup, crackers, etc. It should pass. DO NOT WALK!!!! Very painful. good luck
