I've been on Zocor since 1994 both 20 & 40 mg. I've had muscle pains, twiching, elevated eye pressure, etc. I've gone off one week now and the pains have gone away. I've also noticed that my bad cough and congestion has also gone away (I also stopped taking Zertec-D for cough and congestion). The Zocor must have also been causing my bad cough and congestion.
