I am so grateful I found this site, I felt so confused about my son's behavior, I felt like I was losging my mind. How long was your son on it?
my son was on it for 3 and a half years, he was 10 at first,2 years of psych docs 12 days in psych hospital and a 12 year old that wanted to die . but his nose was clear, criminals all of them
I am so sorry and angry.
One of my posts with the link for support group was removed also. Don't know why because I had even asked permission before posting it. Be patient is my advice, give him time to recover! Come join us at the support group for members here and keep us posted at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Singulair_side_effects_friends/
Have you had any luck? My son was just diagnosed with allergies on Tuesday- we started him on Zyrtec on Tues night and we are seeing the same behaviors as you mentioned above. Singulair is another that we are supposed to introduce when we visit a family that has dogs in the home. Not sure that I care to keep him on any of these medications from what I am seeing. He turned 3 the end of June.
This registry is a place to share positive or negative side effects of using Singulair. If you directly experienced a side effect while using Singulair, then we encourage you to enter it here. Please note that entries here are the experiences of individual users, and in no way means that you or anyone else will experience the same side effect, since the same medication affects people in different ways. Please always contact your physician.
