The headaches, dizziness and fatigue were the worst side effects for me....although the cystic acne was bad, too. I would wake up with a dull headache and it would progressively get worse as the day wore on. It took about 2 months for the headaches to subside completely....and then one day I realized "Hey, I haven't had to buy any Advil lately!!" What a relief to have that thing out. Good luck to you. My concentration came back quickly and the anxiety is gone, too.
