im and taking loestrin24fe because ive had 2 ovarian cysts in the last year. the first time i took fecomfe for a month and it went fine. this time around the doctor prescribed loestrin24 and everything has been crazy. im not sexually active but honestly these pills have me thinking.about 5 days into the first week i was bleeding brown and a bit red on occasions for 2-3 weeks. it stopped when i was supposed to get my period except it never came? im on the 2nd pack now and have been having the worst stomach pains and my breasts are hurting. ive read most of this is normal but at the same time i think something is wrong.

I've been looking through all of these messages freaking out because no one has said anything about the stomach pains until i saw your post!! and I'm taking for the same reason as you, I have ovarian cysts. I've only be on for like 3 days but I've been nautious the past few nights and tonight I was having the most intense stomach pains I ever felt. I was light headed and dizzy and thought I was gonna die or something. It definately feels like something is wrong but from what I've heard, this could just be the body coping with the pills and it's supposed to go away. I'm with you on that, though. It definately feels like something is wrong.
