It's been one month since I have had the Mirena removed. My life has changed dramatically! The mood swings are gone, depression gone, Anxiety gone! The back pain is almost gone, joint pain gone with the exception of my left foot. The left foot still hurts occasionally at the end of the day. My blood pressure is coming down and so is my weight (very slowly). I feel like I WANT to live my life again. I don't mind going to work or doing laundry or gardening. I don't even mind going to the gym! For the last 2yrs going to the gym increased the joint pain that I was feeling. This week I noticed that I had new hair growth. I have normally very thick hair and did not notice hair loss-now I can actually see new hair coming in around the hairline around my face. My acne is clearing up and the yellow/brown spots (age spots) are fading. All in All, I feel so much better! so hang in there girls life gets better!!!!!
