Can i ask what the treatment for the neck pain was? I have the same problem. Have tried Physio, now go to Chiro.... do you take any medication for it?
I have not found any treatment for the neck pain yet. In the past I had a massage therapist that worked in a chiro office. (I didn't see the chiro, just the massage therapist). That seemed to work for a lot of the pain, but it never fully goes away. I am still seeing a neuro. So far I haven't found another MT since I have moved, that was as good as the first one I had. You'll have to try them out until you can find one that doesn't do a "spa" massage, and knows what they are doing with the neck and head.
I haven't been taking any meds for my neck. I'm off the Topamax, and the headaches are no worse than on it. Now my neuro wants me off the Relpax to reestablish a baseline :(
I have tried Motrin, but in the past, Vicodin or Tramedol worked best just for the neck pain (did nothing for the headaches/migraines).
Good Luck!
