I have taken Remicade with Methotrexate for over 5 years with no problems. Greatly relieves my arthritis.
Stephen Wood
I have taken remicade for 7 years without any problems. It is the only thing that helps my UC. I am fully aware of the side effects, which most people are, if you cannot handle the possibility of these side effects then don't take it. Its not for everyone, I am perfectly aware that I can get Lymphoma, it is NOT downplayed AT ALL! A good doctor always makes someone aware, the link to cancer has been known as long as I have been taking it. People who are sick should be aware that they can die, the post traumatic stress is such an annoying cop out, get over it, many other people are worse off. Simple case of pity seeking. Did she not sit next to dying cancer patients like I do every 6 weeks? I still find my situation far better than theirs... she is still alive. I guess you don't understand how people like me are far worse off of remicade.
Let me tell everyone something if you Chron's disease you keep your mouth shut
I have Chron's for over 20 yrs and I remember when there was no treatment
Remicade which I have been on for 10 yrs like other drug has it side effect. What is quality of life when your in pain 24 hrs a day. Most of these side effect or cause by the underlying disease not remicade. Anyone has the right to say yes or no to treatment. But before you want to take off the market there are some of us who love it
