I've been on the Nuvaring for a year now and love it but I have also had a loss of energy this whole year. I didn't put it together until last weekend that it was probably my B/C. Then after reading these side effects, I have noticed I get headaches more often and I do have a decreased sex drive, but my husband's makes up for mine so its not really a big deal. ;) All of these have not been severe enough for me to consider changing. You will have side effects with all birth control and everybody reacts differently to it. The worst one for me is lack of energy and now that I know what is doing it, I can try to work around it. Still more convenient than having a baby right now! And I still love the ring!
