ok i had mirena inserted on 4/24/08..it wa pretty painful just getting it put in! But before i got it put in i had lost almost all my baby weight!! I was so happy! And then i got the mirena inserted...and WAM..ive gained so much weight! I don't understand..i barely eat! My boyfriend comes home from Iraq in 2 months and i look huge!! I didn't know it did this...im calling about getting it removed tomorrow

I would have it out straight away,I gained a huge amount of weight as well,now I have it out, I have to try and lose it.
Check the site belowl out,read other peoples sories and side effects,good luck.
