You definitely need to go in to see a doctor. I don't know about Mirena causing the fishy smelling discharge, but I do know that this type of discharge is called bacterial vaginosis, and you need to get on antibiotics for it ASAP. Please have them test you for it to make sure. I got it while I was pregnant and it was horrible. I hope everything levels out for you after you get Mirena taken out. I've only had mine for two weeks and I'm thinking of having mine taken out.
