Is there anyone out there that has had severe chest pains, particularly in the sternum region, on the ring? I've had mine out for two days after weeks of RAGE and back pain...along with chest pains and heart palpitations. Just hoping the chest pain and pressure will subside. Thank you.

Yes I did have the chest pains also, along with feeling very tired. I had to remove the ring mid cycle because of an allergic reaction on top of everything else. I am still having the chest pain but it is getting better - I hope you start feeling better soon.

Thank you!
It's been a week and it is subsiding finally. I was almost afraid I had given myself an ibuprofen ulcer...seeing that I consumed enough on the ring to make a small army feel better. Have you found a suitable alternative? I may go back to the oral lo-dose pill. I had some heart palpatations with that as well, but no other pain.
Thanks again! PHEW!!!
