My experience is HORRIBLE! Never again! I too was prescribed this for a UTI and by day 2 thought i was going to die. I went back to the doctor, still having the fever and body aches and the UTI wasn't going away so they gave me more! Flu-like symptoms persisted. I had one anxiety attack and have missed out on a lot of work for this! The rash i developed is driving me crazy! ( i thought i had stayed in the tanning bed to long and was burnt!) but after reading all these posts I know that I'm not crazy. Never again ! (worst abdominal pain ever!) headache, nausea,...all of these symptoms for 10 days now! Screw sulfa drugs!
