Is anyone having severe coughing and anxiety?...

My mom is on 320 mg diovan and she has good days and bad days. Some symtoms but not all at one time are headaches, constant insomnia, sometimes anxiety attacks, muscle weakness and flu like symptoms. Spoke to her doctor and said to take a sleeping pill and doesn't feel anxiety attacks due to diovan.(she's never had any before in her life. Suggested muscle relaxers and maybe a psychiatrist. Looks to me like docs aren't being told all side effects from the manufacturer so they don't believe the patient. They are real.
