I'm having a LOT of trouble sleeping! I can go to sleep, but I don't stay asleep, and when I wake up, I just feel like my muscles are all tensed up and I need to stretch out all the time. I toss and turn and can't get rid of that feeling like I want to jump out my own skin. I'm tired all the time because I can't sleep...I've tried taking it at different times throughout the day, and nothing works.

I have been weaning off of zoloft from 100 mg down to 37.5 mg now. Doing ok except headaches and tired. I was told by my doctor to try over the counter Melatonin to help me get to sleep, since I would lie awake forever. It works great!! Take it an hour before you go to bed and I guarantee you will fall asleep and sleep all night.

ive been on zoloft for 7 months and i had the same problem! it was so hard for me to sleep. my doctor prescribed a pill to help me sleep called ativan ( im not sure if thats how you spell it) and it really helped. its not one of those sleeping pills that make you go crazy and messes up your sleep cycle =) its really helpful. It helped me get into the cycle of sleeping regularly and i was taken off of it about 3 months ago. I hope i could help!
