Unbelievable... I took a Kenalog shot in March for spring allergies, and have had continuous bleeding ever since, went to my OBGYN, he said it would not have been the Kenalog shot that caused this.. and he scheduled me for a hysterectomy because we couldn't get the bleeding to stop... i'm still bleeding, however I have canceled the procedure. I'm sorry that so many people are suffering from this, and the Doctors keep telling us it isn't causing all these horrible side effects. I hope mine passes soon, cause all this bleeding is about to get me down... but I don't want to have a hysterectomy for just no reason........ GOOD LUCK TO US ALL!!!!

I'm in total shock and thought I was crazy until I read all these disastrous stories...I had a slipped disc in my lower back and kept going to my chiropractor several times in the same week for therapy and adjustments. FINALLY, after NO relief for the pain, I asked for a shot of cortisone and he sent me to the other side of the office to a regular physician. I asked her for a shot of cortisone in my back for the pain. She told me she had something similar called KENALOG. I remember having to sign release forms but was never informed of any side effects either as many of you were not....I only a month ago noticed the indentions on my back once my skin turned brown from tanning because the indentions have a white burned like appearance. I started freaking out because I look deformed but more importantly my muscle tissue is gone and I dont know if it will get worse or what can be done about it. Subsequently, it's in the area of the injection sites and there were multiples and i still have back pain and spasms. I have been wondering about speaking with an attorney also.

I had the shot 3 weeks ago - am bleeding and will need an endometrial biopsy. Was never told about potential side effects - was told this was a "safe" drug. Had spinal injection for L5 disk pressing on nerve. The first week after the shot I could barely walk from pain - lived on Percoset. Lost muscle strength in leg - couldn't walk up stairs for 3 days. Am due for a another shot 9/8 - will not do again, even though for 2 weeks now the pain has subsided a great deal. I'm sure it'll come back soon and I'll probably need surgery - rather that then some of the horrible side effects I'm reading about. Good luck to you.
