I am with you on that one.....Why docs wont listen is beyond me,my eyes have been opened up to the tunnel vision of docs and pharma. We have seen the devastating effects of this drug, and yet nobody wants to do further testing to find out the depths of the effects,i have requested 3 blood tests from 2 docs and been told no....NO what did i asked them to pay for it,maybe if it was their child they would further understand why we are concerned, our children have been poisoned and yet they can turn a deaf ear....Good luck to you
My granddaughter began Singulair at age 9 and one year later got her period. Another year went by before we read the story about the psychological effects of this drug and took her off it immediately. I emailed Dr. Sarah Sellers in charge of the FDA investigation and told her that this may be connected. Now with your 8-year old it's a real possibility that this drug has affected the part of the brain that controls hormones, etc. Her mother and I asked all of our female relatives on both sides when they began their period to see if anyone had an early onset--NO ONE did and we are convined that this drug (and many others) shoudl never have been prescribed for children--the pharmaceutical companies do not care about anything but money, they have no ethics, no moral boundaries and have used children as experiments since no studies were done with children. Please write to SarahSellers@fda.gov and tell her your story. The results of their investigation are supposed to be completed in November and I hope they ban this drug for children.
Are you a vegetarian? I have read a lot of articles about how meats have caused children to have early puberty. Unless you are feeding certified organic meat then I would be more suspicious about any meat you eat, laden with hormones for the animals to grow bigger.
