A plastic surgeon injected Kenalog in two places underneath my chin to dissolve small spots of scar tissue. The result is a disaster. I have a dent on one side and a large burned looking, atrophied area on the other. He did not advise me that there was any possibility of this drug eating my healthy tissue -- said it would probably not do anything. I did this on the spur of the moment and am angry with myself for not researching the drug first. Has anyone who has had these "dents" had their atrophied area fill back in?

I am wondering if the dent in your chin ever filled back in. I recently had scar tissue on my forhead and now have a dent. I was told by the doctor who did the kenalog injection that the scar tissue would regrow and to take a lot of vitamin C to help the regrowth proccess. Has your gotten better or does it still look the same? heymattei@yahoo.com

please let me know if the dents in your chin ever filled in by themselves. I recently had an injection of kenalog on some scar tissue on my forhead and now there is a dent. I was told by the doctor that my cells would regrow and to take a lot of vitamin C to help with the regrowth. I am hoping you can let me know if your chin got better.
